Hi! I am Susan (she/her). I am so glad you are here. 

 

I trained through DONA in 2018 and have been supporting new families ever since. I am passionate about providing expert support to new parents so they can feel confident in caring for their newborn.

 

After having my own babies, I noticed a large gap in services for those in the postpartum period. I felt overwhelmed and anxious about taking care of this new human, while also healing and resting.

 

I didn't know that postpartum doulas existed and wish I had found out about them sooner.

 

My mission is to spread the word about this incredible service so that no new parent feels they have to navigate this journey alone.

Susan is an amazing support, help, and resource. From the time I went into labour, Susan was there to offer guidance and advice. About Me

 

Doula Susan trained through DONA as a postpartum doula in 2018.

She is a member in good standing with the Calgary Doula Association and

the Doula Association of Alberta.

She is insured through ProLink Insurance and has a current clear criminal record check.

Susan is also certified in class C CPR/AED for adults, children and infants.

She is committed to providing gender affirming care for all families.
